Christina Sirmons, CPT, RYT-200, Health Coach
Christina Sirmons earned her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Accounting in 2006 from San Diego State University but quickly transitioned into the health and wellness field. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach and by Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). She has been in practice since 2009 and has developed a niche for working with those with multiple health conditions and injuries, incorporating breath and integrated mind-body-spirit training. Christina also works part-time as a stilt-walker and performance artist where she has gained first-hand tips for the high-performing athlete.

Passive Assisted Stretching & Training
The "PAST" Program consists of a unique combination of postural corrective exercises, core strength training, and passive and active stretching. Christina works closely with Dr. Mackay to formulate an exercise prescription to address your specific needs. The goal of the PAST Program is to help you transition to more advanced conditioning techniques, teach you how to prevent injuries, and give you the confidence to move forward with an active and pain-free lifestyle.
